TO PROPOSE A OWN MONOGRAPHIC WORK it is necessary to be a member from the previous year to the previous year in which the proposal is made and to be in good standing with the payment of the dues. The proposal must be sent to the Governing Council of the Study Center, if accepted, it will be sent to the Scientific Committee of the Study Center and examined in a double blind reference and, if accepted, it will be published online.
